WASHINGTON — U.S. Reps. Bill Posey (R-Fla.), Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), Frank Wolf (R-Va.), Robert Aderholt (R-Ala.), John Culberson (R-Texas), Steve Stockman (R-Texas), Pete Olson (R-Texas), Rob Bishop (R-Utah) and Ted Poe (R-Texas) have reintroduced bipartisan legislation directing NASA to develop a plan for returning to the moon and establishing a human presence there.

The prayer to save America began in Room 219 on Capitol Hill.
In 2005, two years before the global economic crisis erupted, U.S. Rep. Randy Forbes, R-Va., went into Room 219—an ornate room with a fireplace adjacent to the floor of the House of Representatives—to pray for the nation.
Washington, D.C. — Congressman Robert Aderholt (AL-04) today released the following statement in response to the President’s FY14 budget proposal:
“Today the President submitted his budget proposal to Congress,” said Aderholt. “While there are some important funding items in the President’s budget, the reality is his budget will never balance. Further, it includes $1.1 trillion in new taxes and the Administration is once again relying on budget gimmicks, rather than real cuts, to claim their budget reduces our nation’s staggering $16.7 trillion deficit.”
