This comprehensive legislation protects adoptive families, children, and expectant mothers from exploitation by unlicensed adoption intermediaries and ensures that adoption providers and attorneys operate only in states where they are licensed to do so.

WASHINGTON—Today Congressman Robert Aderholt pressed U.S. Department of Education Secretary Miguel Cardona on the proposed Title IX regulations allowing biological males to participate in women’s sports.
“Under these proposed rules, a mediocre male athlete can simply identify as a female and go in to dominate women’s sports. Simply put I just have to ask you, do you think this is fair to biological girls?” asked Congressman Aderholt.
