The competition is open to all 9-12th graders in the Fourth District, including students who are home schooled.
All category winners will receive a scholarship offer to Wallace State.
The Congressional Institute has not yet posted the official rules for the competition, but they are expected to be the same has previous years. Those rules may be viewed here.
All artwork must be received at one of our four district offices by 5pm on April 25, 2024.
