Congressman Aderholt Nominates Cullman High School Senior to the Air Force Academy Where He Will Play Basketball

WASHINGTON – Congressman Robert Aderholt (AL-04) released the following statement to announce that he has nominated Cullman High School Senior Sam Duskin to the U.S. Air Force Academy where he is expected to play basketball for the Air Force Falcons.

“It is always an honor to nominate students to our nation’s service academies,” said Congressman Aderholt. “Sam’s character, his academic achievements, and his athletic ability, make him a perfect fit for the Air Force Academy. It’s also extra special because Sam has been recruited to play for the Air Force Academy basketball team. Air Force is a D-1 school and is part of the Mountain West Conference. The Air Force Academy motto is “Integrity First, Service before self, Excellence in all we do.” Sam Duskin is already living up to that motto.”

Sam is the son of Phillip and Casey Duskin.
