Congressman Aderholt Hosts Inauguration Watch Party in Washington Office, Gives Remarks on Trump Back as President

January 21, 2025

Washington –Congressman Robert Aderholt today hosted approximately 150 people in his Washington, D.C. office for an inauguration watch party. The Congressman organized the indoor viewing for constituents who could not go to the inauguration as originally planned, after it was moved indoors. Constituents from Fort Payne to Florence, Tuscaloosa to Cullman and places in-between crowded into his office to watch the historic moment that Donald Trump became American’s 47th President.

Congressman Aderholt gave the following remarks after he witnessed the swearing-in inside the Capitol Rotunda: “The sun is out here in Washington D.C. and I think that’s indicative of a new day in America with Donald Trump now the commander in chief. There is just so much excitement here in Washington. I just left and walked over from seeing the swearing in and it was a tremendous crowd and he was warmly welcomed. So, we’re just very excited about the executive orders that he’ll be signing and we look forward to the golden era coming back to America.”
