U.S. Rep. Robert Aderholt, R-Haleyville, says President Biden now seems like "a very elderly man" who "is not calling the shots on a day-to-day basis," while he feels oters around him are making decisions.
Aderholt said he saw Biden, 81, about two weeks ago. "He seems to be like a very elderly man," he said. While he said some 81-year-olds can run circles around him, it depends on the individual.
"He doesn't have the energy. He doesn't have the - I don't think he is really calling the shots on a day-to-day basis. I think he has those around him who are doing that. He can walk and he can speak, but we can see when he is asked questions on TV he gets confused."
Aderholt added that "the problem I think that gives everybody pause is the fact we cut folks a little slack because of their age, but most 81-year-olds are not in charge of the Free World."
